# Impact Report & White Paper

## Statutory Purpose & Non-Profit Mission

The [LLF - Liquid Legal Fund](https://liquid-legal-institute.com/liquid-legal-fund/) is a registered non-profit organization (Gemeinnütziger Verein) under German law, dedicated to advancing the mission of the Liquid Legal Institute (LLI).¹ Our core mission is to foster a global culture of collaboration and thought leadership at the intersection of law, technology, and design.

In strict alignment with statutory non-profit guidelines, this publication serves as part of our commitment to pedagogic publishing. We disseminate pioneering work, white papers, and educational materials that advance the understanding of digital transformation, Legal Tech, Legal Design, and the Rule of Law.&#x20;

We realize our mission through three foundational pillars: ²

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Empowering Students &#x26; Emerging Professionals</strong></td><td>Providing scholarships and travel funding to participate in international legal innovation events like hackathons.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Enabling Pedagogic Publishing</strong></td><td>Publishing frameworks, books, and insights to bridge theory and practice.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Supporting Special Projects &#x26; Research Initiatives</strong></td><td>Financing dedicated research initiatives that promote interdisciplinary exchange and practical innovation across the legal ecosystem.</td></tr></tbody></table>

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://report.hacking-legal.org/impact-report-and-white-paper.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
